December/Year Stats

Happy 2013!

Looking Back at 2012: What an exciting year! First I reached my goal of reading 300 books (just under the wire). Second I posted 374 posts, most of them being reviews, keeping to my goal of being a site that posts reviews rather than memes.  Third, I hosted nine giveaways (two standalones and my week-long extravaganza). Fourth I grew from 267 followers to 425-a tremendous leap. Thank you so much, everyone who stopped by. I also discovered loads of new blogs and am excited about building more relationships with those bloggers.

Looking Forward to 2013: January is off to a bang with a lot of 2013 releases as well as some 2012 titles that I had missed. Look for early reviews of Gayle Forman's Just One Day, Dance of Shadows, and Cinders and Sapphires, some of my most anticipated reads as well as lots of other cool YA and MG titles. This year I am definitely planning to read more MG after some great experiences in previous years. I am also looking forward to hosting more giveaways and growing as a blogger.
