Looking Back at May: Earlier this week, I worried about how much I had been reading but I sat down and focused and ended up with 24 read which is not too shabby. I think it helped that I loved a lot of books this month-I recommend 5 of those books below!
Looking Forward to June: I'm really psyched about my reading for the month of June-I have a ton of great YA releases on tap as well as a few older books and, just for fun, a couple of adult mysteries and romances. It should be very fun and I'm looking forward to talking with you about them and what you are reading!

I love this month's end tie-up post! You're a super-reader. I think we need to get you a cape. I know I read a good bunch of books in May but I don't think I came close to your pile. Woot! Read on!
ReplyDeleteGreat list this month! I saw that My Fair Concubine is available for Kindle now so I'm planning to buy it :) I'll have to look for The Girl in the Clockwork Collar too. I hope you have a great June! Can't wait to see what you read and review :)
ReplyDeleteYou asked me about Charlaine Harris's Deadlocked and it is the penultimate book in the series. The final book should be out next May. These books are ones that have to be read in order. There are so many characters to keep track of and plotlines to try to remember. I think the author let it get a little out of hand and don't see how she can wrap it up with one book...
Wow! You read 24 books this month? That's super impressive, I don't think I'm anywhere near that! I usually hover somewhere around 15:) Looking forward to seeing what you do in June!
ReplyDeleteI love how you say that 24 books in a month is not too shabby when I would probably be jumping with joy to get finish that many LOL! You're too awesome for me :')
ReplyDeleteI'm planning on reading Unbreak My Heart really, really soon after you recommended it in your review because it sounds like such a sweet book that I'm sure to love! (Plus, I can't get that gorgeous pink cover out of my head!) I'm really excited to read your review of Miracle because of how much you love Liz Scott, and The Scorpio Races too since I have the same love for Maggie Stiefvater!
Even on your off-month, you still manage to blow me away, B! I hope you have a beautiful summer June month too! :) <3
Wow, you read a lot of books each month. I'm so jealous. I haven't quite hit the 20 mark yet in a month but man do I keep up hope that one of these months, I will.
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed reading Unbreak My Heart by Melissa Walker. Her family was adorable and so was James. So loved James. I also really enjoyed A Night Like This by Julia Quinn. She writes some of the most lighthearted and cute romances, I always eat them right up.
Wow, you read 24 books! Great job! Sadly, because of school, I hadn't read that many in May but now that it is finally summer I hope that I get to read more books this month.
ReplyDeletethanks for stopping by our blog!
Happy reading :)
