Posted last week:
Furious Love by Sam Kashner and Nancy Schoenberger
How to Be a Movie Star by William J Mann
The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins
Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins
Upcoming this week:
Brightly Woven by Alexandra Bracken
Thud by Terry Pratchett
Stand-In Groom by Kaye Dacus
Kiss Me Deadly ed. Trisha Telep
Fairy Tale Friday
Planned for next week:
The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo by Stieg Larsson because my sister said she wouldn't try The Hunger Games unless I read this. Personally I think she's getting the better end of this because HG is a lot shorter although they're possibly equally violent. Of course now Dragon will have me thinking of Daniel Craig, which is not a bad thing but will probably prove distracting ;-)
The Girl Who Played With Fire; sadly I don't currently have The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest so that will have to wait.
Menu for Romance by Kaye Dacus, the sequel to Stand-In Groom
Half the Sky by Nicholas D. Kristof and Sheryl WuDunn, non-fiction about unleashing the potential of women in order to improve the world.
I keep meaning to read The Hunger Games books, I've heard so many good things about them! I hope you have a fantastic reading week :)
ReplyDeleteMine's here.
None of these books are on my list! Thanks for the ideas!
ReplyDeleteI enjoyed The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, but personally loved Hunger Games. Still I am glad I read Dragon Tattoo and hope to read the next two eventually. Hope you have a great week.
