I've never been the biggest fan of whining, so a whining character bothers me tons, too.

The premise sounds awesome, though! :) You always write great reviews!Mimi Valentinehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04241457025232914551noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-530836089087964376.post-38025190170879942532011-08-05T02:15:09.097-07:002011-08-05T02:15:09.097-07:00This sounds like something I would enjoy. But I guess the character of Celia is an unfortunate element of the book... Well, at least it deals with superheroes and villains.:)Irena @ This Miss Loves to Readhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16127816068294702715noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-530836089087964376.post-56889504702684278632011-08-05T00:31:10.810-07:002011-08-05T00:31:10.810-07:00I agree that an unsympathetic main character can r...I agree that an unsympathetic main character can ruin a potentially good book. Even more than that, it doesn't seem like After the Golden Age even has that much going for it, other than the premise (which isn't even that original a premise either). I like the idea of using accounting skills for, well, anything, but it seems like After the Golden Age might have had a better blurb than it had content...Meytal Radzinskihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15805413335735169073noreply@blogger.com
